Adobe Creative Cloud Is Flexible For Editing or Not?

Adobe Creative Cloud does not have cloud based video editing.  But this is confusing right? 

 

I mean Adobe comes with Premiere Pro, one of the most advanced video editing applications in the world for both Mac and Windows. 

 

It comes with cloud storage to store projects and digital assets and heck, Adobe even offers shared projects. 

 

Admittedly this is confusing.  It's like all of the components are there, but it's still not what we image when we think of working in the cloud.

 

You are still using your local workstation to process and edit. 

 

Creative Cloud is a term that is somewhere between marketing and aspirational.
