Like anything in life there is always room to improve your video production process.
If you are going to make improvements you have to look at it as an iterative process, no production process should ever be a hundred percent done. You should constantly be asking 'How can we improve this?' and be constantly analyzing.
I think where I've seen a lot of people make mistakes is not taking the time to step back to look at their video production workflow and asking how they can do that better.
Once you've asked the tough questions, the next step is making those adjustments and a lot of this relies on process or communication or technology, but don't limit how you can look at.
Remember, always be asking "How can we improve this?" Because there's there's always ways to improve.
