It happened again this time, just instead of my wife's Mazda it was my Jeep. The washing fluid sprayer wasn't working so I took it in for some routine maintenance. Luckily I already had ordered a washer pump on Amazon for $20. They told me it was going to be $300 to replace this part! That seems like a lot...
I asked 'How much is the service?'. The shop told me it was $80 to install the $220 part. I tell them there's one in the back seat. They grab that one and install it for $80 since I just had to pay for the service.
These guys were going to charge me $220 for something I can get on Amazon for $20! Do people not understand the internet exists?! Don't forget, if you want happy customers you have to have fair pricing! This is not 1994 anymore.
So remember fair and transparent pricing is good for happy customers.
