We need more: How do you scale your video production?

Video has become one of the most widely used mediums for communication in recent years. Social media platforms have all leaned heavily into video and businesses are starting to jump on the trend. The trends that I see all over the place in the marketing world is the need for more video. So how do you scale your video production?

Most of, our customers are doing, mostly very high-end video, very professional, you know, Hollywood level video. This is the type of content everybody wants and needs  in certain parts of their business such as advertising or covering live events.

On the other hand there's parts of your business like an SEO strategy or a social media strategy and what is effective in those areas is not always just higher production value. For those purposes, creating a higher volume of educational video content from subject matter experts is critical.

If you want to scale your video production you need to have process set that your team can repeat easily. There are some common video production hurdles you'll need to watch out for when building your video production workflow. Make sure you can navigate them quickly.

Where I think a lot of our customers probably will end up going is doing a mixture of both high-end as well as quick production. You know, the good news is it really is just the world needs more video because this is how people communicate it's how we communicate in business anymore. Which means more business for video producers.
