Video Testimonials: Why your business needs more video

 

If you want to sell your products and services more effectively, video is critical to your success. There are a several different types of video you can use. Testimonials are one of the most effective types of video for influencing your buyers.

Video testimonials are effective because they allow your customers to hear from a real person sharing their first hand experience with the product. 

When people are assessing a product they want to see:

  • Who's using it
  • How are they using it?
  • Why people are using it
  • If the product is worth the cost

Another benefit of video testimonials is that they allow your customers to connect with people like themselves. Having testimonials from a variety of your customers allows you to connect with more audiences

Over the past few years, we've noticed more people don't want to engage and get all of their information about products from sales people. So you've got to figure out ways to communicate a lot of the differentiation and how you use this product in ways other than just having your salespeople as the keepers of that knowledge.

One of the ways to do that is creating testimonial videos from your customers who love your product. Create as many of these videos as you can and watch your sales start to increase.
